A Leap of Faith, Built Board by Board
OUR STORY
Brady started installing hardwood floors at 16 years old, spending summers learning the trade alongside his uncle, a man who pushed him hard because he believed in him. From the very first project, something clicked. Walking into a bare, unfinished space and walking out leaving behind something genuinely beautiful? There's no feeling quite like it.
For 11 years, Brady gave everything he had to someone else's company. He was grateful for every lesson, every job, every square foot - but he knew deep down he was ready to pour that same passion into something of his own. So in 2023, with the support of his wife and their two kids, he took the leap and started L&T Hardwood and Refinishing. He has steadily built his crew and looks forward to growing it each year.

THE NAME BEHIND THE BRAND
Every floor we lay carries a little extra meaning. L&T Hardwood and Refinishing is named after the two people who inspire Brady most, his son Liam and his daughter Tinsley. Every job is done with the hope that one day, they might want to carry this legacy forward.

New Installations
Solid hardwood, engineered, luxury vinyl plank, and prefinished hardwood. We'll walk you through every species, width, and finish option until you find the one that feels right.
Refinishing & Restoration
Old, worn, scratched, or buried under years of paint and drywall mud? Don't replace it - restore it. We take floors back to their original glory and can even change the stain color entirely.
Repairs & Spot Work
Dog damage, water leaks, cupped boards - we assess what can be saved and only replace what truly needs it. Honesty first, always.
